An excellent place to slaughter your hunger after a long day. After a long day of hiking and exploring the mountains, and futile searches for places to eat afterwards due to places being closed on Independence Day - we stumbled upon this place. The wait of about 30 minutes was a bit painful, but once we were invited inside and escorted to the seating area - the fun began. The friendly waitress took our orders, gave me a couple of samples of local brews, and came back incrementally with our food and drinks. The bison steak was AMAZING, as was the dessert. The ambience was awesome, place was clean, and music lively. The ONLY reasons I did not give this place a 5-star rating are: 1. High prices 2. Lack of a sign at the outdoor seating area cautioning against head bumps on the hidden beam. 4 Stars.
